Here in Michigan they were initially predicting 8+ inches. I think we maybe got 2, though the drifting was horrible. Some spots were bare ground and other spots drifted to 6+ inches.

Cleveland got hit really bad. I had to work a double shift because they didn't want 3rd shift driving in (not that they could - we also had an emergency declared). It was fun digging my car out this morning though. All in all I'd say we got at least a foot of snow...possibly two even. It was a lot deeper and heavier in some places with all the wind and drift. But now it's sunny and the snow is melting :( It was fun while it lasted.

I'm in northern TN - right on the border of KY, and we got 5 to 7 inches. Roads were hazardous and while the storm was active, visibility was down to about 100 feet. There was a layer of ice under the snow and sleet was mixed with the snow on and off. Many car wrecks were reported over the mid-TN area.

But in less than 24 hours the roads have melted without salt trucks running. I'm actually disappointed that we didn't get more and that it didn't stay around a while. We don't see much of the white stuff around here anymore.

Ontario, Canada is getting hammered right now, and it's going to continue in through Sunday morning. Just cleared out about 20cm of snow from the driveway, with 30cm more soon, I'm sure. I don't think I've ever seen it be a "snow emergency" so bad that they've closed the roads to the public. Either Ontario doesn't do that, we don't ever get hit as badly, or we're just used to it. Would be interesting to know why.

Here in Memphis we got anywhere from 3-6 inches. that's alot for here. that's the most snow I've seen in the 29 years I been in this area. it was 67 degrees just 5 days ago. memphis weather is always weird.

We didn't get hit at all in Chicago with this past storm. Luckily it scooted to the south of us. But that is fine with me, we have had 35 significant accumulation snow falls this season, the most on record. So in essence, I am sick of the snow for once in my life :)
